ELTM - Entry Level Trainee Modeler

Role Overview: As an Entry-Level Trainee Modeler (ELTM), you will be part of a dynamic team undergoing comprehensive training in Building Information Modeling (BIM). Your primary responsibility will be to develop accurate 3D models and related documentation for diverse construction projects. You will collaborate closely with senior modelers and project teams to ensure the successful execution of project requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Learn and apply BIM principles to create precise 3D models of buildings and structures. - Collaborate with senior modelers and project teams to grasp project requirements effectively. - Gain proficiency in industry-standard BIM software such as Revit and AutoCAD for model development. - Utilize other relevant software tools as required for project-specific needs. - Generate and maintain project documentation including drawings, schedules, and specifications. - Ensure compliance with project standards and guidelines for all documentation. - Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of 3D models and related documentation. - Assist in identifying and resolving issues in collaboration with the project team. - Work closely with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate BIM processes into project workflows. - Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions on model development. - Actively participate in training programs to enhance BIM skills and knowledge. - Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in BIM technology. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or related field. - Strong interest in Building Information Modeling and construction industry practices. - Basic understanding of architectural and engineering principles. - Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software is a plus.
