Entry-Level Data Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for collecting data from various sources like surveys, reports, digital analytics tools, and databases. Your main task will involve cleaning and organizing raw data to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis. You will also analyze data sets using statistical methods to identify trends and patterns that are relevant to business problems. Furthermore, you will be visualizing and presenting results through graphs, dashboards, and reports, effectively communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Additionally, you will support senior analysts or managers in foundational project workflows and collaborate with different departments to meet specific data requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Collect data from multiple sources such as surveys, reports, digital analytics tools, and databases. - Clean and organize raw data to ensure integrity and reliability for analysis. - Analyze data sets using statistical methods and software tools to identify trends and patterns relevant to business problems. - Visualize and present results through graphs, dashboards, and written reports, explaining findings to technical and non-technical audiences. - Assist senior analysts or managers in foundational project workflows such as data validation, documentation, and implementation of data governance protocols. - Collaborate across departments to meet specific data requirements and support reporting needs. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in data collection and analysis is preferred. - Proficiency in statistical methods and software tools. - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex findings to different audiences. - Collaborative team player with the ability to work across departments.
