While the role is primarily remote, you will play an active part in select in-person events hosted in Mumbai. Our vision is to become India’s most trusted ecosystem for entrepreneurs, providing value beyond transactions through authentic connections. We offer curated networking mixers in multiple cities and have plans to expand our services to include pitch sessions, an angel investor network, and intensive programs for early-stage startups. Role Description This is a volunteering, hybrid role for a Community Manager located in Mumbai. The Community Manager will be responsible for organizing monthly mixers, managing member communications, and maintaining the curated network. The manager will oversee and grow the community’s presence across social media platforms, sharing updates, announcements, and event highlights. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing events, handling digital media communications, fostering community engagement, seeking feedback from members, and building relationships to facilitate collaborations and partnerships. Additionally, the Community Manager will help support the expansion of services such as pitch sessions and the angel investor network. Qualifications Event planning and community engagement skills Strong written communication skills and basic design/content creation proficiency. Experience in networking and relationship building Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Passion for startups, innovation, and connecting with early-stage founders. Familiarity with social media management tools. Organised, dependable, and able to adapt in dynamic environments. Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program.
