As a Project Specialist, you will need to demonstrate strong organizational skills, proficiency in project management tools, and excellent written and spoken English. It is essential to have a Bachelor's degree in education, technology, business, or a related field from a reputable university. While being a fresher or having up to 1 year of experience in project management or program delivery is preferred, experience in an education or edtech company would be advantageous.
