Summary:As an Enterprise Solution Architect, you will lead the development of complex solutions across multi-tower and multi-service transformational opportunities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to architect end-to-end integrated solutions that leverage the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities. You will focus on maximizing value for both the client and Accenture while ensuring that the solutions align with the clients organizational goals. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to navigate complex project landscapes effectively.Key responsibilities--- 1. EPIC Owner support :Supports the project manager in overall coordination (roadmap, communication, stakeholders, reporting) 2. Release Unit Management:Setups follow-up integrated planning, controls milestones and facilitates tests management.
Roles Responsibilities:- As a Epic Owner Support :GovernanceBuilding governance framework, WBS and OBS etc.Defining Project Management MethodologiesCreating Standards and ProcessesDeveloping Accenture - Airbus based Standard Templates Project Management and Tasks Prioritization Aligning product teams with projects strategic goalsStakeholder ManagementManaging synchro meetings through liaison with various product teams participating in the projectConducting regular progress meetingsDependency ManagementProgress ReportingRisks and Issues ManagementBuilding KPIs in Google Sheets + Looker Studio+ performance monitoring + continuous improvementBudgeting, Costing and Cost Optimisation InitiativesKnowledge Base ManagementAs a Release Unit ManagerBuilding and maintaining global roadmap and detailed Integrated PlanningDeployment Management, Deployment Planning, Outages plan, Rollback plan etc.SchedulingBuilding deliverables with respect to release unit milestones" Professional Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Agile Project Management. 1. Proficient in project and release management methodologies, governance frameworks, WBS/OBS structures, and PMO best practices.2. Strong skills in stakeholder coordination, dependency tracking, risk/issue management, and progress reporting.3. Experience in integrated planning, deployment planning, outage/rollback strategies, and milestone-driven delivery.4. Expertise in performance monitoring and KPI dashboards using Google Sheets and Looker Studio for continuous improvement.5. Adept at budgeting, cost optimization initiatives, and maintaining standardized templates and knowledge repositories.6. Relevant certifications are preferred(PMP/PMI ; ITIL, SAFe). Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English -Comfortable in discussing technical issues with stakeholders-Excellent problem solving, analytical skills and technical trouble shooting skills"This position is based at our Bengaluru office.A 15 years full time education is required.
