This individual will play a pivotal role in leading enterprise sales initiatives, driving new business development , and building long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders across sectors. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with a passion for identifying opportunities, crafting compelling value propositions, and closing high-impact deals. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will take charge of the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to solution presentation, negotiation, and closure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to align business goals and deliver tailored solutions to enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities: Enterprise Sales Execution: Own the end-to-end sales process for enterprise accounts, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients. New Business Development: Identify new markets, verticals, and enterprise customers to target. Generate new business through outbound strategies, strategic partnerships, industry events, and referrals. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture high-level relationships with C-suite decision-makers. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business challenges and presenting tailored solutions. Sales Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to define sales goals, market segmentation, and go-to-market strategies. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from first contact to post-sale support. Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs including revenue growth, conversion rates, and customer retention. Continuously improve sales techniques based on data insights and market feedback. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B sales , with at least 2 years focused on enterprise-level engagements . Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and consultative selling methodologies. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions. Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in selling SaaS, technology, or digital solutions to enterprise clients. Exposure to international markets or experience in handling global clients. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
