Job Title: IBM Enterprise Records & FileNet Developer Experience: 5+ Years Location: Pan India Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IBM Enterprise Records and FileNet Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining FileNet and Enterprise Records solutions for enterprise content management. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and configure IBM FileNet P8 and IBM Enterprise Records solutions. Implement content and records management solutions, including document classification, retention policies, and record declaration. Develop custom workflows and integrate FileNet solutions with other business systems. Configure and maintain FileNet Content Engine, Process Engine, and Application Engine. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and ensure system stability and performance. Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, perform impact analysis, and deliver effective technical solutions. Assist in upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning activities. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience in IBM FileNet P8 platform (Content Engine, Process Engine, Workplace XT/ICN). Proficiency in IBM Enterprise Records configuration and deployment. Experience in developing and customizing workflows using FileNet Process Designer and Process Administrator. Solid understanding of Records Management principles and compliance standards. Experience in Java/J2EE, Web Services, and scripting languages related to FileNet APIs. Familiarity with WebSphere Application Server and DB2/Oracle databases. Good communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team environment. Preferred Qualifications: IBM Certified FileNet or Enterprise Records certification. Experience with FileNet system upgrades or cloud migration is a plus. Knowledge of BPM and Case Manager is an added advantage.
