Enterprise Network Architecture Specialist

As a Sr. Enterprise Network Architecture Specialist at VYSystems in Pune, India, your role will be crucial in defining and driving enterprise-wide network architecture, security, automation, and cloud integration initiatives. You will be responsible for owning the global enterprise network architecture and roadmap, designing and overseeing WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, and hybrid cloud connectivity, leading Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) strategy, and ensuring high availability, redundancy, and disaster recovery across global networks. Your expertise in Cisco IOS, NX-OS, DNA Center, DNA Assurance, Fortinet FortiGate, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer will be essential in managing multi-million-dollar network budgets, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization. Additionally, your experience in SD-WAN, Zero Trust / ZTNA, advanced network security, and automation using Terraform, Ansible, and Python will be crucial in integrating NetOps with DevOps for agile and scalable deployments. Key Responsibilities: - Define and own global enterprise network architecture and roadmap aligned with business and digital transformation goals. - Design and oversee WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, and hybrid cloud connectivity at enterprise scale. - Lead Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) strategy, NAC, segmentation, and enterprise security posture. - Oversee deployments and operations of Cisco DNA Center, Cisco ISE, and Fortinet Security Fabric. - Ensure high availability, redundancy, and disaster recovery across global networks. - Establish network governance frameworks, SLAs, and compliance aligned with ISO, NIST, PCI-DSS. - Drive automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, and Python. - Integrate NetOps with DevOps for agile and scalable deployments. - Manage multi-million-dollar network budgets, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization. - Lead and mentor L1L4 global network teams across regions. Mandatory Skills & Experience: - 14-18 years of overall IT experience with 6-8 years in enterprise network architecture. - Strong expertise in Cisco IOS, NX-OS, DNA Center, DNA Assurance, and Cisco ISE. - Hands-on experience with Fortinet FortiGate, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer. - Proven experience in SD-WAN, Zero Trust / ZTNA, and advanced network security. - Hybrid cloud networking experience (AWS/Azure) including ExpressRoute and VPN Gateways. - Strong automation experience using Terraform, Ansible, and Python. - Experience managing large-scale enterprise environments, budgets, and vendors.
