Job Description

Role Summary: As a high-performing Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive the adoption of our skilling and talent development offerings in the BFSI sector. Your focus will be on selling end-to-end learning and fresher deployment solutions to banks, NBFCs, and FinTechs. You will play a crucial role in revenue generation, account growth, and strategic client engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of the sales lifecycle across Tier 2/3 banks, NBFCs, insurance firms, and FinTech clients. - Identify skilling gaps and provide tailored solutions for fresher onboarding, lateral training, and compliance upskilling. - Collaborate with clients to co-create Centers of Excellence (COE) for long-term fresher hiring and deployment. - Work closely with product, content, and delivery teams to structure bundled offerings, including self-paced, instructor-led, and assessments. - Engage with CXOs, CHROs, L&D leaders, and Business Unit Heads to position L&T EduTech as a strategic partner. - Align skilling proposals with emerging industry needs such as digital banking, AI/ML in finance, and regulatory requirements. - Prepare compelling sales proposals, RFP responses, and commercial terms to secure deals. - Drive post-sale engagement activities, including deployment planning, impact tracking, and business reviews. - Maintain pipeline and performance metrics in CRM, aiming to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets. Preferred Qualifications: - 7-12 years of B2B sales experience, with a preference for EdTech, BFSI, or HR tech background. - Demonstrated expertise in solution selling and strategic account management. - Strong understanding of talent needs and learning ecosystem within the BFSI sector. - Excellent presentation and client engagement skills.,
