Role Overview: As a Principal Enterprise Architect, you will play a crucial role in the Cloud Services project organization, driving the strategic IT architecture development and customer success within the Cloud Vertical Germany. This position requires willingness to travel to customer sites when necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager and Sales as a trusted technical advisor for customers - Support in expanding existing relationships and integrating new businesses - Define IT architecture for customers, including IT development plans and lifecycle management aligned with the portfolio strategy - Analyze existing IT landscapes and identify areas for system and process consolidation and harmonization - Advise at C-level to ensure alignment between business goals and IT strategy - Implement technical architecture standards, IT governance, and security requirements in customer projects - Manage internal and external stakeholders to enhance and evolve the customer portfolio - Lead solution design discussions with both customers and internal delivery teams - Deep understanding of customer business goals and desired outcomes - Promote service adoption and support the expansion of cloud-based offerings within customer accounts Qualification Required: Must-Haves: - Deep understanding of IT solutions and market trends, including comprehensive knowledge of leading technology providers and service providers - Practical experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP - Certifications or proven project successes in cloud platforms - Demonstrated successes in managing and implementing complex IT projects - Experience with agile environments (e.g. Design Thinking, SAFe) - Knowledge of modern project management methods and tools - Solid understanding of Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) - Familiarity with architecture frameworks like TOGAF - Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills - Ability to communicate and build trust with various stakeholders, including C-level executives - Demonstrated initiative with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving - High level of creativity - Commitment to continuous learning and knowledge development - Ability to adapt communication to different audiences, from technical teams to senior management - Willingness to travel to customer sites when required Desirable Skills: - Experience with the broad product portfolio of TSI - Focus on Cloud Services (Note: The additional details about the company were not included in the provided job description),
