Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Pega Architect located in Gurugram. The Pega Architect will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing Pega solutions. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, creating technical designs, leading development efforts, and ensuring adherence to best practices and Pega guardrails. The role also involves troubleshooting complex issues, optimizing performance, and mentoring junior team members. Qualifications Proficiency in Pega application design, development, and deployment Experience in architecting end-to-end Pega-based solutions and creating detailed technical designs Strong knowledge of best practices, Pega guardrails, and performance optimization techniques Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work effectively on-site in Gurugram and collaborate with various stakeholders Excellent communication and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Pega certification such as CLSA (Lead System Architect) is a plus
