Role Description This is a full-time role for an Architect, located in Patna. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction and execution of projects. Daily tasks include preparing blueprints, consulting with clients, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and regulations, and collaborating with engineers and designers to create functional and aesthetically pleasing structures. Qualifications Proficiency in architectural design, drafting, and rendering tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Strong knowledge of structural systems, material specifications, and building codes and standards. Experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and team collaboration. Problem-solving skills with attention to detail in technical and aesthetic design elements. Excellent communication and client engagement abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Licensure as an architect and prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
