Deliver high-quality clinical services in ENT, including advanced diagnostic, medical, and surgical care.
Supervise outpatient, inpatient, and operative work with a focus on patient safety and evidence-based practice. Teach, train, and mentor MBBS students, interns, and postgraduate residents. Guide PG students in dissertation, clinical research, and publications. Lead departmental academic activities including CMEs, workshops, and clinical demonstrations. Collaborate with allied specialties for integrated patient care, particularly in head & neck surgery, oncology, and emergency airway management. Contribute to NABH-compliant documentation, clinical audits, and continuous quality improvement. Take active part in academic committees, curriculum development, and institutional growth.
