Job Description Performs budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for sales operations. Reviews capital expenditures and analyzes sales-related expenses associated with such things as the order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment. Performs regular variance analysis for expenses and budgets. Evaluates pricing structures to ensure fit with company objectives. Effectively incorporates client delivery schedules and operational changes into future revenue forecasts and revenue timeline considerations. Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses. May develop sales quote tools. Learns to use professional concepts, applications of basic principles, and theories. Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures. Normally receives detailed instructions on most work. Typically requires a degree and little to no previous professional experience. Role & responsibilities Designs, builds, automates, maintains, and delivers metrics and dashboards for various levels of leadership and teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Care and other functions. Compiles data from a variety of applications, systems, and sources to summarize for analysis. Supports collection and maintenance of KPIs. Works collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and data stewards to ensure Enterprise Data is accurate, complete, and reliable. Interfaces with business users to define analytical, metric, and reporting requirements. Focuses on automation and repeatability to improve team productivity and empower frontline users to understand their customers and business better. Design and maintain report delivery methods and cadence for multiple audiences. Manage report access and security for multiple audiences. Manages, analyzes, and resolves data-related issues. Power BI expert which includes data governance, troubleshooting, and analyzing complex data structures Preferred candidate profile Deep knowledge of SQL and/or Python Deep knowledge of Snowflake using SQL and Python language Ample experience on projects leveraging data science techniques, dashboard creation, data mining, etc. Extensive PowerBI experience Experience with Oracle, AWS, Azure, etc. is perferred. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (including Pivot Tables, advanced formulas), MS PowerPoint, ERP systems, CRM systems and database connections required. Advanced knowledge of Tabular Models (including using DAX for Calculated Measures, Columns, and Tables).
