SupportSQL Server maintenance and database backup/indexingEnd user support on ERP and reported issues, raising tickets for the same on ERP softwareRegular and ad hoc user trainingsMaster setups and Master structure maintenanceCharts of Accounts masters structure oversight and maintenanceDesired Candidate Profile IT/ERP Functional knowledge combination - ERP, SQL queries, Excel and low code app development expertiseKnowledge of accounts finalization and postings strongly preferredKnowledge of FCAIntegral ERP and it's report design tool or crystal reports is preferredWebsite maintenance and canva / photoshop, e-commerce experience preferred
