JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION : MAINTENANCE MANAGER QUALIFICATION : Mechanical / electrical/diploma holder ( non ITI ) BE / B.TECH Degree in related fields EXPERIENCE : Must have a minimum 15 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing company The candidate is required to possess sound theoretical and practical knowledge of all heavy machinery electrical motors , utilities, electronics, PLC, Drives , Banbury, Mill , Kneader, Injection & Compression Moulding Machines, etc. Working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics would be preferred and a Work experience in a rubber industry would be desired. Troubleshooting , CAPA, MTTR, MTBF Hands on experience.
