Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are passionate about travel and customer interaction. As a Telecaller Executive , you will be responsible for connecting with potential travelers, understanding their travel preferences, and creating personalized travel itineraries and packages. Key Responsibilities: Call potential customers to explain travel packages (domestic & international destinations). Understand client requirements such as destination, budget, duration, and travel dates. Prepare customized itineraries and quotations based on client needs. Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email to close bookings. Maintain daily records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM. Coordinate with travel vendors (hotels, transport, etc.) for rates and bookings. Provide excellent customer support before and after travel. Skills Required: Good communication skills in English & Hindi . Basic knowledge of popular tourist destinations (Manali, Goa, Kerala, Dubai, etc.). Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, Email handling). Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn. Ability to multitask and meet targets. Qualifications: Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
