Responsibilities Design and deliver effective English language training programs for diverse learners. Develop engaging lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to various proficiency levels. Utilize digital tools and e-learning platforms to enhance the learning experience. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their language development. Facilitate interactive and participatory learning experiences to encourage student engagement. Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum. Stay updated on best practices in language teaching and incorporate new methodologies into the training programs. Requirements Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. Proven experience in teaching English language or providing training in an academic or corporate setting. Strong understanding of language acquisition theories and effective instructional strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with learners and colleagues. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional technology tools. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and preferences. TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
