English Teacher (Middle School)

Location: Whitefield, Kadugodi

Job Summary:

The Middle School English Teacher will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging English lessons that foster students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills. The teacher will inspire a love for literature and language, while ensuring alignment with the school’s curriculum and academic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver well-structured lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives and grade-level standards.
• Foster critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills through reading, writing, and discussion-based activities.
• Integrate grammar, vocabulary, and literary analysis effectively in classroom instruction.
• Assess students’ progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and projects.
• Provide constructive feedback to support student learning and development.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation.
• Utilize technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning experiences.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programs.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure curriculum consistency and interdisciplinary connections.
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely communication with parents and the academic team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is mandatory.
• 2–5 years of experience teaching English at the middle school level (Grades 6–8 preferred).
• Strong command of English language and grammar.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Familiarity with CBSE curriculum

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,434.58 - ₹34,277.43 per month
