Role & responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons for Classes 15, aligned with curriculum guidelines.
Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills through interactive and age-appropriate activities.
Use phonics, storytelling, role play, creative writing, and other strategies to strengthen language learning.
Assess students’ progress regularly through classwork, homework, projects, and tests; provide constructive feedback.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, participation, and confidence in using English.
Incorporate audio-visual aids, digital tools, and other innovative methods to make lessons engaging and effective.
Maintain proper records of students’ academic progress, attendance, and behavioral development.
Support slow learners and provide enrichment activities for advanced learners.
Participate in school events, assemblies, and extracurricular activities.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to ensure holistic development of students.
