English Literature Part Time Faculty/Trainer

Career Zone, a well-established coaching institute in Rajajinagar, is hiring an experienced Part-Time UGC NET English Literature Faculty to teach Paper 2 & support students preparing for NET/JRF examinations. We are looking for a passionate educator with strong subject knowledge, good communication skills, and a commitment to helping students achieve success.

Responsibilities

• Teach UGC NET English Literature (Paper 2) in a clear, structured, and exam-oriented manner
• Cover British Literature, American Literature, Literary Theory, Criticism, Indian Writing in English, European Literature, and previous year trends
• Prepare lesson plans, PPTs, and content for classroom + online teaching
• Conduct MCQ practice sessions, mock tests, and doubt-clearing classes
• Guide students on NET exam strategies, time management & answer selection
• Evaluate student performance and share feedback for improvement
• Maintain a positive, motivating learning environment
• Take 6–8 hours of class per week (flexible as per faculty availability)

Requirements

• Must have UGC NET qualification in English (NET or NET + JRF)
• Strong academic background in English Literature
• Previous teaching experience for NET coaching or degree-level literature preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to teach both offline and online (Zoom/Google Meet)
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students
• Weekend or evening availability preferred
