Job Title: English Language Trainer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced English Language Trainer to help learners improve their spoken and written English skills. The trainer will design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of individuals or groups, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver effective English language training programs for learners at various levels (beginner to advanced).
• Conduct needs analysis and language assessments to determine learner proficiency and customize training plans accordingly.
• Use interactive and student-centered teaching methods to ensure active participation.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback and performance reports.
• Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments in alignment with learning goals.
• Encourage a positive learning environment that supports learner confidence and motivation.
• Integrate technology and modern teaching tools in language instruction.
• Stay up to date with current ESL/EFL teaching methods and industry best practices.
• Conduct group workshops, one-on-one sessions, and online classes as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• TEFL, TESOL, Nisward, or equivalent certification is a must.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as an English Trainer in DDUGKY Projects or similar role.
• Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage with learners of different age groups, cultures, and backgrounds.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, LMS, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience teaching English, IELTS, TOEFL, or other exam preparation courses.
• Fluency in a second language is a plus.
• Prior experience in corporate training or language coaching.

Salary: Upto 25k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
