As an English Language Teacher at Air World Academy, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality language instruction to our students. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement comprehensive English language curriculum tailored to the specific needs of aspiring cabin crew, ground staff and aviation professionals. You will foster an engaging and supportive learning environment that encourages language proficiency and cultural awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver dynamic English language lessons that cater to the diverse learning styles and proficiency levels of students.
• Create and implement effective assessment tools to evaluate student progress and proficiency in English language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Integrate innovative teaching methodologies, multimedia resources, and real-world scenarios to enhance language learning experiences.
• Provide constructive feedback and personalized support to students to help them overcome language barriers and achieve their learning goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to align English language curriculum with broader academic objectives and program requirements.
• Stay updated on current trends and best practices in language teaching and incorporate relevant advancements into instructional strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and assessment outcomes for reporting and administrative purposes.
• Support the academy's mission and values by actively contributing to the academic and professional growth of students and fostering a culture of excellence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,855.00 - ₹35,720.00 per month
