· Job Title: English Tutor cum Mentor

· Location: Einstro Academy, OMR – Thoraipakkam, Chennai

· Experience Required: 1 to 2 years in Teaching, Student Mentoring, and Basic Academic Administration

Role:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated English Tutor cum Mentor to join our team at Einstro Academy. The ideal candidate should have strong English teaching skills and play an active role in mentoring students, tracking their progress, communicating with parents, and ensuring their academic growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive English classes (spoken and written) for students of different age groups.
• Provide personalised mentoring and support to help students improve their language or academic skills.
• Regularly monitor student progress, maintain academic records, and set improvement goals.
• Coordinate with the academic team to create lesson plans, assessments, and study materials.
• Interact with parents through meetings or calls to provide constructive feedback on student performance.
• Maintain discipline, encourage motivation, and create a positive learning environment.
• Handle basic admin work like student tracking, progress reports, and class scheduling.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree (English, Education, or relevant field preferred)
• 1–2 years of teaching or mentoring experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for student development and education
• Basic admin/coordination skills and familiarity with digital tools

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Commission

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
