Communication Faculty Member

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Communication Faculty Member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching, mentoring students, developing curriculum, and promoting excellence in communication education through practical and theoretical instruction.

Teach undergraduate courses in Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, and Public Relations.

Develop and update course content, lesson plans, and learning materials in alignment with institutional objectives.

Conduct lectures, workshops, and hands-on sessions on media writing, digital communication, public speaking, and related topics.

Guide students in projects, presentations, internships, and media productions.

Evaluate student performance through assignments, assessments, and classroom participation.

Organize and coordinate guest lectures, media visits, and communication-related events.

Stay updated with emerging trends in media, digital communication, and public relations practices.

Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and institutional development initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Mass Communication / Journalism / Media Studies / English / Communication Studies (NET/Ph.D. preferred).

2–5 years of teaching or relevant industry experience in communication, journalism, or media.

Excellent command over verbal and written communication.

Ability to handle practical media tools such as video editing, content creation, or digital media platforms (preferred).

Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with curriculum development and use of digital learning platforms

Familiarity with PR campaigns, media writing, and digital storytelling.

Ability to integrate industry exposure and practical learning into classroom teaching.

Proficiency in MS Office, or other creative communication tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
