English Faculty Cum TPO

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified English and Training & Development Officer to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs and communication strategies to enhance the skills and performance of our staff. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for improving written and spoken English communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training sessions focused on soft skills, communication, customer service, leadership, and other relevant areas.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Assist in the development of internal communication materials with high standards of English grammar and clarity.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions.
• Support employees in enhancing business communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
• Coordinate with departmental heads to plan and implement employee development initiatives.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports on training outcomes.
• Provide one-on-one coaching sessions when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹24,457.70 per month
