As an English Content Writer in the AI/LLM Practice team, you will play a crucial role in improving AI model accuracy and language quality by creating and editing training data. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating and editing training data to enhance AI model accuracy and language quality - Reviewing and annotating text to ensure alignment of AI outputs with human values - Refining grammar, syntax, and structure of text produced by both humans and AI - Collaborating effectively with teams comprising researchers, data scientists, and engineers - Adapting to changing guidelines and project requirements - Meeting daily production targets and maintaining high quality standards To excel in this role, you are required to possess the following qualifications: - Master's, M.Phil, or Ph.D. in fields such as English, Linguistics, Journalism, Economics, or Creative Writing - Exceptional English writing and editing abilities - Proficiency in grammar and language usage - Detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of curiosity - Effective online research skills - Comfort with dynamic environments and uncertainty - Ability to work harmoniously within diverse teams and appreciate varied perspectives Furthermore, the following qualifications are preferred although not mandatory: - 12 years of experience in data labeling, including NSFW content - Active engagement on social media platforms - Strong communication skills Joining our team offers you the opportunity to contribute significantly to the advancement of AI technology while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.,
