Job Purpose

Execution of Mechanical Project jobs related to Modification, within targeted time and budget to meet the desired resulted customer satisfaction.

Key Result Areas

KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters)

Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)

KRA1 Accountability- Execution Jobs

Execution of all the Project activities allotted. * Arrange resources.
  • Execution of work.
  • Checking quality of work.
  • Completing the woks in time.

Kra2 Capex Jobs

Timely execution of Capex jobs within budget allocated to meet the business objective. * Regular quality checks.
  • Monitoring progress.
  • Monitor & resources provided & required by contractor
  • Coordinate with user departments.

KRA3 Cost Control

Monitor & control all the project related activities to avoid cost over runs. * Use of items from surplus inventory.
  • Monitor wastages.
KRA4 Identify Safety needs
Identify training needs for self & other contract workmen for job work safety. * Maintain discipline.
  • Identification of unsafe condition & unsafe acts.
  • Knowledge sharing with colleagues.
