Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner. Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly. Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for senior staff. Handling few HR work also. Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services. Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors or service providers.
