Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, applying scientific and technical knowledge, and utilizing practical experience to solve complex engineering problems. You will engage in activities related to structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management, ensuring that all solutions align with organizational goals and standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and advancements. - Collaborate with team members to enhance project outcomes and share best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Manufacturing. - Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices. - Experience with design software and tools relevant to aircraft manufacturing. - Ability to analyze and interpret technical data and specifications. - Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance in the aviation industry. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Aircraft Manufacturing. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
