About the role: In this role, you will champion a culture of collaboration and innovation, leading your teams across multiple locations. You will drive improvements in the software development life cycle, leveraging Agile best practices for continuous deployment, integration, and test-driven development. Coaching and developing your engineers to reach their full potential is a key aspect of the role, ensuring successful delivery of value to users and customers. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to achieve company goals, along with effective communication with product managers, engineers, and leadership to meet aggressive business outcomes. You will establish processes and metrics to ensure products are market-ready. Qualifications: - BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or Equivalent. - 1-2 years of experience managing software development scrum teams. - Experience in a SaaS-based company with multi-site teams preferred. - Software development experience with coaching abilities. - Knowledge of public and private cloud technologies. - Capability to translate high-level requirements into actionable plans with target dates.
