Engineering Manager - Network Control

As the Engineering Team Lead at our company, your role will involve leading the team in designing, implementing, testing, and deploying SCADA systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Making key technical decisions and resolving issues that arise during the project lifecycle. - Ensuring the quality and performance of the SCADA systems, following industry best practices. - Communicating and collaborating with project stakeholders, vendors, customers, and other involved parties. - Providing technical guidance, mentoring, and training to team members. - Managing technical documentation, configuration, and maintenance of SCADA systems. You should have a solid background in SCADA/EMS/ADMS systems, particularly for control center applications, and possess knowledge and skills in programming languages, databases, web services, and technologies used in SCADA systems development. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, Electrical engineering, or a related field. - Approximately 12-15 years of experience in power system SCADA and IT/OT integration for power systems application in Electrical utilities. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. - Proficiency in spoken and written English language.
