Engineering Lead ATM, Debit Card Support

You will be responsible for leading the engineering efforts related to ATM, Debit Card Management System (DCMS), and Switching platforms. Your role will involve owning and resolving post-deployment issues to ensure high uptime, driving automation and optimization initiatives, and overseeing project planning, budgeting, and execution. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in ATM, Switching, DCMS, and Core Banking System (CBS) architecture, you should possess a strong understanding of hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Proficiency in tools such as Postman, SQL, Power BI, and API Management, with additional knowledge of Application Performance Management (APM), will be advantageous. Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a proven track record of leading technical teams in banking or fintech environments. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or MCA, along with certifications such as PMI, CSM, or PMP. This full-time, permanent position requires the ability to commute or relocate to Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, and mandates a minimum of 10 years of experience in ATM, DCMS, Switching systems, and CBS architecture.
