As an experienced IT professional with over 15 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing a team that delivers support, enhancements, and new initiatives across inventory, warehouse, order, fulfillment/ATP, and transportation management systems. Your role will focus on modernization and automation to meet global business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a large team ranging from 20 to over 100 members. - Utilize expertise in legacy systems, modern architectures, and commercial off-the-shelf platforms such as SAP, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, and Oracle. - Lead system modernization, automation, and quality assurance efforts. - Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Develop strategies for digital transformation programs and cloud-based supply chain platforms. Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of experience in IT with a specific focus on retail supply chain systems. - Proven track record of managing large teams. - Expertise in legacy systems, modern architectures, and COTS platforms. - Strong background in system modernization, automation, and quality assurance. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Hands-on experience with retail supply chain systems across legacy platforms, modern architectures, and COTS solutions. - Exposure to cloud-based supply chain platforms and digital transformation programs.
