Engineering Design Internship in Chennai

As an intern at our leading Engineering Consultancy and Authorized Channel Partner of SIEMENS, BRICSYS, and Saint-Gobain in India, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Engaging with customers and conducting software demonstrations: You will need to understand customer requirements and deliver customized software demonstrations using tools such as SIEMENS NX, Solid Edge, and BRICS CAD. - Providing pre-sales support: You will play a role in pre-sales and post-sales activities, which may involve product presentations, customer onboarding, and technical support. - Conducting training sessions: You will be responsible for conducting orientation and training sessions for customers on CAD, Simulation software tools, workflows, and best practices. - Offering technical assistance: You will provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for design, simulation, and IIoT-related queries to ensure customer success. - Collaborating on projects: You will work on both internal and client projects that involve tasks like 3D modeling, 2D drafting, simulation, and smart manufacturing solutions. - Documenting and sharing knowledge: You will maintain detailed records of project work, training sessions, and customer feedback to support internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
