Role Description System Design: Develop detailed designs for plumbing and fire fighting systems, including water supply, drainage, vent systems, rainwater harvesting, pump rooms, firefighting systems (sprinklers, standpipes, hydrants, hose reels), and associated equipment. Calculations: Perform hydraulic calculations, pipe sizing, pressure loss analysis, and equipment selection to ensure system efficiency and code compliance. Documentation: Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including layouts, schematics, technical specifications, and reports in accordance with relevant local and international codes and standards. Tender Preparation: Assist in the preparation of tender documentation such as bills of quantities, material specifications, and scope of work for plumbing and fire fighting systems.
