Engineer - SSIS and T-SQL Developer

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes using SSIS to ensure efficient data integration and database performance. Additionally, you will write and optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions, as well as develop and maintain data warehouses and database structures to uphold data integrity, security, and performance tuning. Collaborating with business analysts to gather and analyze requirements will be a key aspect of your role. As the ideal candidate, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 6 years of experience in SQL development and SSIS. Your expertise in SSIS and T-SQL/SQL, strong knowledge of ETL concepts, design, and coding, as well as familiarity with database security and compliance requirements, will be essential in this position. Furthermore, you must excel in problem-solving and analytical skills, have experience in performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting, and be proficient in data migration, data integration, and ETL processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into ETL specifications and high- and low-level design documents. Your ability to work independently with minimal guidance or supervision in a time-critical environment will be crucial. Experience in understanding complex source system data structures, preferably in the banking industry, is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and the capability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity are highly valued for this role.,
