Engineer - Solution QA

As a member of the GreyOrange Solution Verification team, you will be part of a group of exceptional problem-solvers who are dedicated to driving end-to-end solution strategy and delivery. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality and timely delivery of solutions by collaborating closely with Solution Consultants and Development teams. You will be proficient in writing automation scripts in Python, ranging from automating routine tasks to building a reliable automation infrastructure at scale. An analytical mindset and the ability to think creatively are essential qualities for success in this role. To excel in this position, you must have a strong understanding of Unix systems, RDBMS, and other databases. Knowledge of tools such as Influx and Grafana, as well as experience with Python, will be beneficial. Additionally, familiarity with API testing using Postman or Python is a plus. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include participating in test planning activities, verifying JSON data, conducting solution testing, and supporting the ramp-up of support teams. You will be responsible for writing automated test scripts for both functional and non-functional scenarios, as well as designing and implementing KPI dashboards. As a key member of the team, you will act as the first line of debugging for internal customers, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and proactiveness.
