Engineer - Runoff Injection

As a member of the Run-off Team at Milacron, you will have the following main responsibilities: - Testing the Injection Molding Machines (IMM) as per customer requirements and design specifications - Ensuring timely delivery of P & P machines - Driving overall 5S improvements in the zone area by coordinating with Zone leaders - Conducting kaizen activities for product improvements and cost reductions - Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and run-off procedures as necessary - Maintaining and managing the upkeep of Run off instruments - Entering labor details into the system - Creating Part Deviation Forms (PDF) - Assisting trainee Engineers and juniors in troubleshooting - Revising check sheets regularly - Working towards productivity improvements in line with yearly targets through process enhancements Basic Qualifications: - Diploma in Plastics or Diploma in Mechanical - 2-4 years of experience in testing Injection Molding Machines Preferred Qualifications: - BE/ BTech in Mechanical or Diploma in Electrical Milacron is a global leader in the plastic technology and processing industry, providing highly engineered and customized systems.
