Engineer-ML Libraries Development Engineer

The CPU architecture team at Qualcomm India Private Limited is currently working on driving the core math libraries required for ML/AI acceleration. By joining this team, you will have the opportunity to work with Qualcomms cutting-edge SoC and ML/AI platforms. Your role will involve optimizing the core ML kernels using the latest advancements like SME, SVE of the ARM CPU architecture to enhance the performance of the ML models on the CPU of the QCOM Soc. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understanding and optimizing kernels for vector processors - Knowledge of basic linear algebra functions used in AI/ML - Designing algorithms with a focus on logic and critical thinking - Evaluating and optimizing the performance of applications for ARM architecture - Inferencing ML models written in Pytorch/TensorFlow/Keras - Understanding the typical design of Open-Source Library frameworks **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience - OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience - OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field - 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc. Please note that Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing accommodations for individuals with disabilities during the application/hiring process.
