Engineer I - Systems Design - Residential Solar

As a Design Engineer at Illumine Industries Pvt. Ltd. (Illumine-i), you will be responsible for providing Solar PV design engineering support throughout the entire design phase of the project. Your role will involve ensuring a high level of accuracy and completion in system designs, providing feedback to junior team members, mentoring them, and guiding them towards better performance. - Provide final review of system designs to ensure accuracy and completion. - Provide feedback to junior team members based on project quality. - Mentor junior team members and guide them for improved performance. - Experience in AutoCAD, and/or other CAD-based software platforms. - Prior working experience in Solar PV layout design or a similar field is preferred. - Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-moving dynamic environment. - Ability to work under minimal supervision and resolve issues independently based on project/company standards.
