Role Overview: As a SketchUp Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in producing innovative 3D designs to create photorealistic 2D images from 3D models. Your responsibilities will include working on a variety of architectural designs such as interior, exterior, and landscape, as well as collaborating with consultants and project teams to ensure the proposed design meets expectations. You will also be involved in interpreting structural designs based on conceptual plans, creating presentations, and verifying architectural drawings to ensure alignment with approved designs. Key Responsibilities: - Creating 2D concept layout options based on management expectations - Modeling 3D designs in Sketchup and setting camera positions for approved/concept designs - Finding solutions to project impediments to resolve detailing and design issues in 3D - Making presentations and gaining approval from management - Coordinating with consultants and execution teams for project planning - Verifying architectural/structural drawings to ensure alignment with approved designs - Presenting and explaining plans & visuals to management and execution team - Balancing multiple projects and delivering on deadlines - Producing high-quality photorealistic visualizations for presentations - Rendering in V-Ray/Enscape and presenting photorealistic images - Preparing Bill of Materials (BOM) as necessary Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field - Proven experience as a SketchUp Designer with a strong portfolio - Proficiency in Sketchup rendering using V-ray & Enscape, AutoCAD, architectural detail drawing drafting, studying structural drawings, materials selection, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, MS Office, and Revit Architecture Additional Company Details: Our company offers a structured Training & Progression program to support employee development and career growth.
