Engineer-Customer Support

As a Customer Support / IT Technical Support at SIONIQ Tech Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for: - Installing new systems, equipment, or software, and performing regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance. - Participating in onboarding new customers, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to customer success. - Assisting customers with troubleshooting technical issues, either remotely or onsite, by diagnosing and solving problems. - Providing guidance to customers on how to use products or systems, helping them understand functionalities and features. - Ensuring timely responses and proactive engagement. - Building strong relationships with key customers, acting as an escalation point when necessary. - Escalating complex technical issues to the developer team immediately. - Collaborating with other teams (e.g., Sales, Product, and Support) to solve complex customer challenges. - Diagnosing and solving technical issues reported by customers. - Preparing accurate and timely reports. - Creating and maintaining user guides, technical notes, and FAQs to help customers troubleshoot. - Prioritizing the needs and satisfaction of customers throughout the support process. - Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with product development teams to help improve future iterations of products or services. - Maintaining effective communication with customers to explain technical details, updates, or next steps. Qualifications: - Proven work experience in a customer service or technical support role. - Any Graduates or postgraduates can apply.
