Engineer - After Market Service Support

As a Service Coordinator at Milacron, your role involves a variety of tasks aimed at facilitating service processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining comprehensive management information systems (MIS). You will prepare all spares quotes / FR collection and support front-end Service team members, driving Aftermarket efficiency to ensure that the service team achieves their targets effectively. **Responsibilities:** - Service Spares Coordination - Supporting Field Engineers in preparation of Spares quotes and related Documents - New Customer Addition - Preparation of Quotations (JD EDWARDS (E1) / XLS) - Preparation of SPO (Spares Purchase Order) - Preparation of FOC (Free of Cost) SPO in JD EDWARDS (E1) - Coordination with Customers for Field Return Parts - MIS & Data Entry - Data preparation Spares order tracking - Engineer wise - AOP & LRP Preparation Support **Basic Qualifications & Competencies:** - Education: Diploma / Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Electrical) - Experience: 4+ years experience in sales coordination or a related field is preferred - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with ERP systems - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Language Preferred: Tamil, Hindi, English Milacron is a global leader in the manufacture, distribution, and service of highly engineered and customized systems within the $27 billion plastic technology and processing industry.
