Capgemini's Connected Marketing Operations practice provides Marketing Operations services to top fortune 500 clients. The services focus on delivering Content Operations, Campaign Services, and Performance Marketing solutions to drive marketing and sales outcomes. We are seeking a results-oriented senior leader to oversee global delivery and client relationship management for multiple projects. Responsibilities include ensuring delivery excellence for all programs and accounts within the practice through robust governance and review mechanisms. The role involves continuous innovation to develop future-proof solutions for marketing functions, emphasizing industrialization, standardization of delivery processes, and reuse across marketing operations and digital marketing. The candidate will be responsible for developing use cases in generative AI and other technologies for marketing process optimization. Additionally, the role requires accurate forecasting of revenue, headcount, profitability, margins, bill rates, and utilization. The individual will represent Capgemini in client steering committee meetings, establish strong executive connections, manage client expectations, and build lasting client relationships. There is also a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction, deepening client relationships, and ensuring operational parameters are met. Collaboration with Practice/Global Account Managers/AE/BDE is essential to grow business across various industry verticals and market units efficiently. The candidate will identify business development opportunities and "add-on" sales within existing programs. While the primary focus is on program development and delivery, strategic planning for the future is crucial. The ideal candidate will have at least 18 years of experience in marketing shared services or marketing service providers, with a strong project track record. They should possess extensive delivery management experience working with global clients in Marketing Operations areas such as Artwork Management, Media and Creative, Advertising Operations, Marketing Asset Management, and Product Data Orchestration. Experience in managing large P&Ls for international clients, influencing cross-functional teams, and leading large delivery teams are key qualifications. Knowledge of the latest technologies and platforms in marketing, including GenAI, is required. Strong communication skills, experience with international clients, and the ability to work with cross-cultural teams are essential for this role. Previous experience with leading delivery in a recognized agency is advantageous.,
