Job Overview: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for solar power projects, building relationships with key stakeholders, and directly driving the company's growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities in the solar energy sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and industrial clients. Develop business strategies to enter new markets and sectors. Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the renewable energy sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proven track record of closing deals and meeting business development targets. Knowledge of the solar industry in India .
Role & Responsibilities Define QA/QC plans, inspection checklists, and testing protocols as per project and code requirements . Regularly inspect works across all sites to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality benchmarks. Act as a link between site engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve quality issues and ensure corrective actions. Maintain test reports, inspection records, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and ensure smooth quality handovers. Verify incoming materials, supervise third-party testing, and guide site teams on proper execution techniques. Efficiency to handle tools like MS Word, Excel, PDF, and AutoCAD for quality records, and draft emails/reports professionally for internal and client communication. Ensures only quality-approved work is billed by providing test reports, verifying site records, and coordinating with the billing team for accurate documentation.
Key Requirements: Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing Strategies & Tools. Hands-on Experience in Running and Managing Campaigns Across Social Media Platforms. Good Skills in Poster Design & Creative Editing (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools). Ability to Analyze Marketing Performance and improve Engagement.
