You will be leading advisory projects for clients in the energy sector, focusing on a variety of transition technologies, business models, and strategies. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in major consultancies, energy companies, financial services firms, or other knowledge-focused institutions. A first-class university degree is required, along with a demonstrated ability to manage projects and processes in team environments. You should also possess strong skills in interpreting complex quantitative data, effective communication with diverse audiences, and a self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to contribute to business growth. Desirable attributes for this role include previous experience in energy-related projects or policy, particularly in the Indian context, leadership or mentoring experience, successful client collaboration, proficiency in advanced data analytics tools (such as Python, R, Matlab, Advanced Excel), and a solid academic background (Master's degree or PhD in a relevant discipline).
