Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and provide solutions tailored to their needs. Conduct site assessments and analyze energy consumption to recommend appropriate solar solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients and stakeholders. Maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process and offer ongoing support post-installation. Collaborate with the installation and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of solar projects. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and market competition to effectively communicate value propositions. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the management. Document sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
