We are looking for a skilled Solar Project Manager with 10-20 years of experience to lead our team in managing solar projects for a Spanish MNC company located in Gurgaon/Delhi. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of solar projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve processes. Job Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in solar project management or related field. Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, including design, installation, and maintenance. Excellent project management skills, including planning, coordination, and execution. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams. Experience working with international clients, preferably Spanish MNC companies. Required Candidate profile Travel to Africa: As and When Required.
