Role Overview: As a part of the Industry Immersion Fellowship at Volvo Group, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the technical team at Volvo Group. Specifically, you will be focusing on understanding and optimizing how Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) fits into the broader energy system. Your responsibilities will include analyzing grid integration, aligning with renewable energy, and exploring market participation such as DSO/TSO services. Additionally, joint efforts can be made in developing insights from energy pricing trends, policy frameworks, and trading mechanisms to guide deployment strategies.
